Partners’ Roles

SAF has brought together the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.)” and World crafts Champions and is deploying them internationally in an organized, rigorous and consistent manner.

Given the limited time available for each training mission and the different preparation needs, either for a M.O.F. pastry chef or a M.O.F. hairdresser, the idea was to develop “SAF center of excellence” model so that a Meilleur Ouvrier de France could intervene in SHANGHAI, exactly as he would in DUBAI (and the rest of the world). The role of the partners is therefore dissociated for the greatest possible efficiency.

Each year, SAF and its partner develop an “annual training programme” for the particular country or city. Two months prior to each training, SAF and its partner prepare the detailed programme of each class and the partner’s role is to subsequently regroup the trainees and implement the trainings based on a set process.

SAF Center, a unique decentralised concept

The licence model of SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE, specialised in high end crafts continuous training in enterprises, is supported by the exceptional and exclusive expertise of our trainers: Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Best french craftsman) or even World Crafts Champions. The selected crafts for your Center are those which made France worldwide reputation.

Trainings are organised in a 4- or 5-stars hotel partner (host hotel), which limits operating costs and allow trainees (all professionals) to work in their usual environment. Trainees can come from a group of hotels or from different hotels near the host hotel.
